Privacy Policy

App detailsTerms of UseSupport

Effective and last updated: November 4, 2026

This policy explains how ASVAB Practice Test for iOS and Android handles information. The app is provided by Muehldorf Software Development LLC, based in Amman, Jordan ("we", "us"). Contact: info@muehldorfsd.com.

1. Offline study and local information

No account is required. We do not operate an app backend, upload your learning history, or include a separate developer analytics, social-login, or cloud-progress service. Questions, explanations, and study guides are bundled with the app.

The app stores your answers, active and completed sessions, accuracy summaries, study dates, bookmarks, preferences, onboarding status, and selected age range on your device. It also stores local ad-frequency information. These records run study features, resume sessions, show progress, and limit ad interruptions. Detailed session history is capped, so older individual results may be removed while aggregate progress remains.

2. Google advertising and consent services

The app uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) for banner and interstitial ads and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for applicable consent and privacy choices. Study features work offline and do not require watching an ad. Advertising and consent services use the internet when eligible.

Google may collect and share IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them; device, operating-system, and app information; app or device identifiers; app launches and other product interactions; ads displayed, taps and video views; crash and performance diagnostics; and consent signals. Google uses this information for advertising delivery and measurement, ad-related analytics, SDK performance, security, and fraud prevention. We do not attach your answers, bookmarks, or study results to ad requests.

We request nonpersonalized ads and disable publisher first-party ID. Nonpersonalized ads still involve data processing. Android removes the advertising-ID permission. On iOS, the app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission or use IDFA for tracking, and disables SDK collection through the coarse-location API. These settings do not prevent Google from receiving an IP address or processing other permitted identifiers and diagnostics.

Ads are requested only when the local age policy allows them and UMP indicates that ads may be requested. Where required, Google presents a privacy form. You can reopen Privacy choices in Settings when that option is required and available. Your ability to study does not depend on accepting advertising consent.

Read Google's Privacy Policy, how Google uses information from partner apps, and Google's advertising information for its processing, recipients, retention, and controls. Ads and external links may open services with their own policies.

3. Age range and younger users

The app is intended for military applicants ages 17 and older and is not directed to children under 13. It asks for an age range, not a date of birth, and stores the choice locally. Users who select under 17 or do not provide an age range receive no ad requests. The age-17 group receives Google's teen treatment. An age-treatment signal may be sent to Google for eligible users; we do not send an exact age or date of birth.

You can change the age range in Settings. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through support, contact us so we can address it.

4. Support messages and sharing

If you choose to email support or send an ad report, we receive your email address and whatever you include, such as your message, app version, question ID, or an optional screenshot. The app opens your email or sharing service; it does not automatically submit your study history. Please avoid sending financial, health, enlistment, or other sensitive personal information.

We use support correspondence to answer questions, correct content, investigate advertising concerns, and protect the app. Email service providers process that correspondence to deliver and store it. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to address security or legal claims. We do not upload or sell your local study records; Google's advertising processing is described separately above.

5. Retention, deletion, and backups

Local records remain until removed by the app's history limits, a reset, clearing app data, uninstalling, or the operating system. Use Settings → Reset study progress (Reset all study progress on iOS) to remove active and saved study records and progress summaries. Your age choice and applicable preferences are kept. This reset does not erase UMP consent records, operating-system backups, support emails, or information already processed by Google.

Android: app backup and device transfer are disabled in the app configuration. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes local app data. iOS: device or iCloud backups may include app data according to your settings. If a saved progress file cannot be read, the app can retain a local recovery copy; resetting study progress does not remove that exceptional copy. Uninstalling the app using Delete App removes its local container, subject to Apple's backup and restore behavior. Offloading is different and can retain app data.

We keep support correspondence only as needed to handle the request and follow-up, protect against abuse, or meet legal obligations, then delete it. You can request deletion by email. Google's retention and deletion rules apply to information it processes; deleting study progress does not delete that information. We cannot retrieve, identify, or remotely erase study records that stay solely on your device.

6. Security and international processing

Study records use the operating system's app storage protections. Google's Mobile Ads SDK encrypts transmitted user data using TLS. Email and external websites use their providers' security measures. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.

We are based in Jordan. Google and email or platform providers may process information in other countries under their privacy policies and applicable transfer safeguards. The app itself does not transfer your local study history to us.

7. Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact info@muehldorfsd.com for requests concerning information we hold. We may need enough information to verify and respond to your request.

Use the app's reset and age controls for local data, Privacy choices for applicable advertising consent, and your device or Google account privacy controls where available. For information held by Google, see its linked policy and rights procedures. Where consent is required for advertising-related processing, the consent form manages that choice. We use information you voluntarily send to support to respond to you, maintain the app, and meet applicable legal duties, subject to the legal grounds required in your region.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The date above identifies this version. We will provide additional notice or request consent where required; a policy update does not itself grant advertising consent.
