This Privacy Policy describes how Australian Citizenship Master (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) handles information when you use our iOS application for Australian citizenship test preparation.
1. Overview
Australian Citizenship Master is designed with privacy in mind. We do not require an account or sign-in. Study and exam activity stays on your device. The main external service we use is advertising (Google AdMob), which may collect limited data as described below.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect your name, email, or any account information.
- We do not collect your answers, scores, or study progress on our own servers—all of that stays on your device.
- We do not sell your personal information.
3. Information That May Be Collected
3.1 Through the app (on your device)
Study and exam data: Your practice answers, mock exam results, and progress are stored only on your device. We do not transmit this data to our servers or third parties.
3.2 Through advertising (Google AdMob)
The app shows ads via Google AdMob. Google may collect or use:
- Device identifiers (e.g. advertising ID)
- General device information (e.g. OS, language)
- Approximate location (e.g. country)
- App usage data related to ad delivery and performance
This helps show relevant ads and measure ad effectiveness. Google’s use of data is governed by:
3.3 App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
On supported iOS versions, we may ask for your permission to allow tracking across apps and websites (e.g. to support personalized ads). This is optional. You can:
- Allow: Enables more relevant ads and helps support the app.
- Ask App Not to Track: Ads may still be shown but will be less tailored; the app works fully either way.
Your choice is stored by iOS and we do not override it.
4. How We Use Information
- On-device data: Used only to run the app (e.g. showing your progress, exam results, and confetti on pass).
- Ad-related data: Handled by Google AdMob to deliver and measure ads. We do not receive your raw tracking or advertising IDs; we may see aggregated, non-personal ad performance statistics (e.g. impressions, clicks) in our AdMob account.
5. Data Retention
- On your device: Study and exam data remains until you delete the app or clear app data.
- Google/AdMob: Retention is determined by Google’s policies (see the links above).
6. Children
The app is intended for general use, including by people preparing for the Australian citizenship test. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
7. Your Rights and Choices
- Tracking: Use the iOS “Ask App Not to Track” option when we prompt, or change it later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Reset advertising ID: On iOS, Settings → Privacy & Security → Advertising → Reset Advertising Identifier.
- Delete app data: Uninstalling the app removes all local data (scores, progress, etc.).
If you are in Australia, you may have rights under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including to ask about the personal information we hold. Because we do not collect or store your personal information on our servers, there is typically nothing for us to disclose or correct; any ad-related data is held by Google as described above.
8. Security
We do not transmit or store your study or exam data on our servers. Data on your device is subject to your device’s security (e.g. passcode, biometrics). We rely on Google’s security measures for ad-related data processed by AdMob.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy. For significant changes, we may notify you in the app or via the App Store listing.

No-Guarantee Clause
Use of this app does not guarantee a passing result on any official exam. We are not liable for any failed attempts, fees, or lost opportunities resulting from the use of this study tool.
Intellectual Property and Anti-Scraping
Users may not use automated systems (bots, scrapers, or AI) to extract content from this app for commercial use or to create competing databases.
12) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and your use of the App are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any legal action or proceeding related to this App shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Amman, Jordan. By using this App, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of and venue in such courts.
