Privacy policy
This app stores study progress, checklists, reminders, and preference data primarily on your device. There is no in-app account and no first-party study telemetry backend. The app includes Google AdMob advertising; depending on region and platform, Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) on iOS and Android, and App Tracking Transparency (ATT) on iOS, may collect or display your consent and advertising choices.
1. Controller
The controller for personal data processed in connection with this app is Muehldorf Software Development, reachable at info@muehldorfsd.com. Seat: Amman, Jordan. This policy describes the app; store listings may include additional contact or statutory details.
2. Data on your device
Local app data: language, Bundesland, settings, checklist items, due dates, reminder status, practice/test results, and study progress are stored on your device or in the app’s local database.
Notifications: If you enable reminders, the operating system schedules local notifications. Reminder text is not sent to our own servers.
External content and support: When you open external links, each website’s privacy policy applies. If you contact us by email, we process your message and contact details to handle the request.
No first-party accounts or study servers: In this version, we do not operate user accounts, cloud sync, or our own backend for answers, checklist content, or study metrics.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
We use Google AdMob to display, measure, and protect advertising. Google and its partners may process advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate region, device/app information, ad interactions, and diagnostics depending on your consent, system settings, and region. Google/AdMob privacy and advertising policies apply; Google may process data outside your country and rely on its own legal bases.
4. Advertising consent and tracking (UMP and ATT)
We use Google AdMob with Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) on iOS and Android to collect and apply your advertising consent where required (for example in the EEA or UK). Ads are requested only when UMP indicates that ad requests are allowed.
On iOS, after UMP where applicable, the app may request permission under App Tracking Transparency (ATT) for access to the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). Without ATT permission, the IDFA may not be used for cross-app tracking. You can review or change your choices in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and, where available, in UMP privacy options.
On Android, UMP works together with your device advertising settings. More information: Google AdMob consent (UMP).
5. Analytics
We do not include our own third-party analytics SDK for study behavior in this version unless store or release notes say otherwise. Apple, Google, stores, or ad SDKs may still create technical logs under their own rules.
6. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent. Users in the EEA may complain to a data protection supervisory authority. Privacy contact: info@muehldorfsd.com.
7. Deletion
Local app data remains on your device until you delete it in the app, reset settings, or uninstall the app. Advertising identifiers, consent records, and logs managed by Apple, Google, stores, or AdMob must be managed in the relevant system, Google, or account settings. We keep support emails only as long as needed to handle the request and preserve legitimate records.
