Summary
The App is designed primarily as a local study tool. It stores study progress, onboarding choices, and legal consent status on your device so the App can personalize your experience. The App may also use platform services such as app stores, ads, notifications, crash reporting, analytics, or support tools when enabled or required by distribution.
Information Stored on Your Device
The App may store the following information locally on your device:
- Questions attempted, correct answers, missed questions, bookmarks, highlighted questions, completed checklist items, and recent quiz sessions.
- Study totals, daily activity, streaks, readiness signals, topic performance, elapsed time, and review history.
- Onboarding choices, including confidence level, exam timing, and daily question goal.
- Whether you accepted the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and the acceptance time.
- Reminder settings, such as whether reminders are enabled and the selected reminder hour.
- Advertising frequency information, such as when an interstitial ad was last shown, to reduce repetitive ad experiences.
This information is used to operate the App, personalize recommendations, resume study sessions, show progress, maintain review loops, remember legal acceptance, schedule reminders, and improve pacing guidance.
Information You Choose to Provide
If you contact support, submit feedback, respond to app store prompts, or communicate with us outside the App, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, device details, screenshots, feedback, or support request content.
Advertising and Tracking
The App may display ads. Advertising partners, including Google AdMob or similar services, may collect or receive device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location, app interaction data, diagnostics, and other information as described in their own policies. On iOS, the App may request App Tracking Transparency permission before tracking activity across apps and websites owned by other companies. You can manage tracking and advertising preferences through your device settings.
Notifications
If you enable study reminders, the App may request notification permission from your device. Reminder settings are used to schedule local study notifications. You can change notification permissions in your device settings.
App Stores and Platform Services
The app store, operating system provider, payment processor, crash reporting provider, analytics provider, advertising provider, or other platform services may process information under their own privacy policies. These services may receive purchase history, device information, diagnostics, crash logs, advertising identifiers, coarse location, usage events, or account information depending on your device settings and the services enabled.
No Account Required for Local Study
The App's local study features do not require you to create an account with us. Because progress is primarily stored on your device, deleting the App, clearing app data, replacing your device, or disabling backups may delete your study history. The App may not be able to restore local progress if it is deleted.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide study sessions, explanations, progress tracking, recommendations, and review features.
- Remember onboarding and legal consent choices.
- Schedule reminders you enable.
- Maintain app safety, debug issues, measure performance, prevent abuse, and comply with platform requirements.

- Show, limit, measure, and improve advertising where ads are included.

We do not sell your local study progress. Data Retention
Local study data remains on your device until you delete it, clear app data, reset the device, or the App changes how data is stored. Support communications may be retained as long as reasonably needed for support, legal, security, and business purposes. Third-party services retain information according to their own policies.
Your Choices
You can stop using the App, delete the App, clear app data where your platform allows, disable notifications, reset or limit advertising identifiers, manage tracking permissions, and adjust device privacy settings. If you contact us for support, you can ask us to delete support communications where required by applicable law.
Children's Privacy
The App is intended for people preparing for mortgage loan officer licensing exams and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us through the app store support channel.
Security
We use reasonable measures designed to protect information, but no app, device, storage method, or transmission method is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and backups.
International Users
We are based in Amman, Jordan. If you use the App outside Jordan, information may be processed in Jordan, the United States, or other countries where we or service providers operate. Privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the App, platform services, advertising practices, or legal requirements change. Updated versions will be posted in the App or otherwise made available. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated policy.
