This Privacy Policy explains how Nursing Interview Prep (the "App"), provided by Muehldorf Software Development, Amman, Jordan ("we," "us," or "our"), handles information when you use the App.

Nursing Interview Prep is an interview preparation app for nursing candidates. The App stores your practice progress locally on your device and may use third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob.

The App includes AI-generated or AI-assisted interview preparation content. This content is for preparation only and is not employment, legal, clinical, medical, licensing, or professional advice.

2. Information Stored On Your Device

The App may store the following information locally on your device:

• Onboarding completion status.
• Viewed questions.
• Saved or favorite questions.
• Daily practice streaks.
• Answer reveal or unlock status.
• Typed practice answers.
• Voice recordings of practice answers, if you choose to record them.
• Self-scoring checklists and practice history.
• Saved talking points and exported prep notes you choose to share.
• Daily reminder preferences.

This information is used to provide App functionality, remember your progress, and personalize your in-app experience. It is not intended to identify you personally.

Typed answers, voice recordings, self-scoring checklists, practice history, and talking points are stored locally on your device for your own practice and playback. The App does not upload these answers or recordings to our servers. If you use an export or share feature, you choose where that exported content is sent.

3. Advertising And Third-Party Services

The App may use Google AdMob to display native ads and occasional interstitial ads. Google and its partners may collect or receive information from your device to provide, measure, and improve ads, subject to Google's policies and your consent choices.

Depending on your region, Google consent tools may ask you to make choices about personalized ads, cookies, identifiers, or related processing.

Google may process information according to its own advertising and privacy policies.

4. App Tracking Transparency On iOS

If the App enables tracking for personalized advertising or uses identifiers such as Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), iOS may show an App Tracking Transparency prompt asking whether you allow the App to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites.

If you allow tracking, advertising partners may use device identifiers or related information to provide and measure personalized ads. If you ask the App not to track, the App will not access the IDFA for tracking, and ads may be less personalized.

You can change your App Tracking Transparency choice at any time in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.

5. Analytics And Diagnostics

The App may log basic product interaction events to support development, troubleshooting, and product improvement. These events may include actions such as viewing a screen, starting a mock interview, saving a question, or enabling a reminder.

The current App is designed to keep practice progress local unless a third-party service, device operating system feature, or future update states otherwise.

6. Notifications

If you choose to enable daily reminders, iOS will ask for notification permission. Reminder notifications are scheduled locally on your device. You can disable notifications in iOS Settings at any time.

7. AI-Generated Content

The App's interview questions, sample answers, coaching notes, flashcards, and resume guidance may be AI generated or AI assisted. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances.

Do not include sensitive personal information, protected health information, confidential employer information, patient information, or information you are not authorized to share when using or adapting App content.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Data Retention

Local App data, including typed answers and voice recordings, remains on your device until you delete it, reset relevant App data, or uninstall the App. Third-party advertising or platform providers may retain information according to their own policies.

10. Your Choices

You can:

• Manage tracking permission in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.
• Manage notification permission in iOS Settings.
• Limit ad personalization through device or Google settings where available.
• Delete the App to remove locally stored App data from your device.

11. International Users

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live by third-party services used by the App. Those countries may have different data protection laws.

12. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted where the App links to this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the App after an update means you acknowledge the updated policy.
