Privacy Policy for Ontario G1 Master

Ontario G1 Master (“the app”) is a test-prep app for the Ontario G1 driver’s licence knowledge test. This policy describes what data the app uses and how it is handled.
1. Data We Store on Your Device
The app stores the following information only on your device (using iOS UserDefaults). We do not send this data to our servers or any third party:
- Sign Matcher: Your best (fastest) completion time and how many rounds you have completed.
- Quiz: Total number of questions answered, number answered correctly, and number of quiz sessions (used for the Progress Map and accuracy stats).
This data is used only to show your progress and best times inside the app. Deleting the app will remove it.
2. What We Do Not Collect
We do not collect:
- Name, email, or other contact information
- Account or login data (the app has no accounts)
- Precise location or any location data for our own use
- Any other personally identifiable information
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app shows ads provided by Google AdMob. When you use the app:
- AdMob may collect or use data such as device identifiers, advertising IDs, and general usage information in line with Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s advertising practices.
- This helps serve and measure ads. We do not control what Google collects; their policies apply to that data.
- On iOS, your choices in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (and related ad/identifier settings) can limit how your device is used for personalized advertising.
4. Data Sharing
- We do not sell your data.
- Progress data (Sign Matcher times, quiz stats) stays on your device and is not shared.
- Any data collected by AdMob is governed by Google’s policies and their use of that data.
5. Children
The app is aimed at users preparing for the Ontario G1 test. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will address it.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.

Use of Artificial Intelligence
Parts of our content, including practice questions and educational explanations, are generated or curated using advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) models to ensure broad and updated coverage of official study materials.
Accuracy Disclaimer
While our AI engine is trained on official handbooks and regulations, AI can occasionally generate incorrect information. This app is provided "as-is" for study assistance only and does not constitute an official government or board-certified document. Users are responsible for verifying information with official sources before taking any certified exam.
No-Guarantee Clause
Use of this app does not guarantee a passing result on any official exam. We are not liable for any failed attempts, fees, or lost opportunities resulting from the use of this study tool.
Intellectual Property and Anti-Scraping
Users may not use automated systems (bots, scrapers, or AI) to extract content from this app for commercial use or to create competing databases.
12) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and your use of the App are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any legal action or proceeding related to this App shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Amman, Jordan. By using this App, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of and venue in such courts.
