This Privacy Policy explains how Real Estate Exam Prep (the "App") handles information when you use the App.
Information You Provide
The App does not require you to create an account. If you contact support, submit feedback, or communicate with us outside the App, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, message content, and device or app details you include.
Study Progress and App Data
The App may store study progress, selected topics, quiz results, exam attempts, settings, and onboarding acceptance on your device. This helps the App remember your progress and preferences.
Unless a future version clearly says otherwise, this study progress is intended to remain local to your device and is not used to identify you personally by us.
AI-Generated Content Notice
Some or all study content in the App is generated or assisted by artificial intelligence, including practice questions, answer choices, explanations, topic summaries, and study guidance. The App does not need your personal information to generate the included study content.
You should not enter sensitive personal information into any feedback, support, or future open-text feature unless you are comfortable sharing it with us or the relevant service provider.
Advertising and Third-Party Services
The App may show ads and may use third-party services such as Google AdMob, app store services, analytics, crash reporting, or operating system features. These services may collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, app interaction data, diagnostics, and other information according to their own privacy policies.
On iOS, the App uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework where required. If ATT applies, iOS may ask for your permission before the App or its advertising partners access your device's advertising identifier or track your activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising or measurement. If you deny permission, the App may still show ads, but they may be less personalized.

Data Retention
Local study progress remains on your device until you delete the App, reset app data, or the App provides a deletion feature. Support communications may be retained as needed to respond, keep records, and improve the App.
Your Choices
You can stop using the App at any time. You may delete local App data by using operating system controls, deleting the App, or using any in-app reset feature if available. You may also control certain ad and privacy settings through your device or app store account. On iOS, you can review or change ATT tracking permission in Settings.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the App changes or legal requirements evolve. The updated policy will show a new "Last updated" date.
