This Privacy Policy describes how Red Seal Electrician Master (“we,” “our,” or “the app”) handles information when you use our iOS application.
1. Overview
Red Seal Electrician Master is a study app for Red Seal electrician exam preparation. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Most of your data stays on your device; we do not operate servers that store your personal information.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
The app stores the following data locally on your device (using iOS storage such as UserDefaults). This data is not sent to our servers or used to identify you:
- Progress data: Quiz and math question progress (including which questions you’ve seen, bookmarks, and IDs of questions you answered incorrectly), so you can continue where you left off and use features like “Review incorrect.”
- Score history: Dates and scores for quiz and math sessions (e.g., score and total per session), limited to a recent number of entries, for your own review.
- Streak and practice dates: Whether you’ve practiced on a given day and your current streak, for in-app motivation.
- Preferences: Settings such as sound on/off, haptics on/off, default quiz mode (Study/Exam), whether you’ve seen onboarding, and reminder preferences.
This information stays on your device. If you delete the app, this data is removed with it.
3. Third-Party Services: Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app uses Google AdMob to show ads (banner, interstitial, and native ads). When you use the app, Google may collect:
- Device and usage information (e.g., device type, OS, ad interactions).
- Advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA on iOS), if you have allowed tracking when the app requests App Tracking Transparency permission.

4. How We Use Information
- Data on your device: Used only to provide app features (progress, bookmarks, scores, streaks, settings). We do not collect or access this data on our own systems.
- Ad-related data: Handled by Google/AdMob as described above; we do not receive or store your personal data from AdMob for our own use.
5. Data Retention
- On-device data: Retained until you delete the app or clear its data. We do not retain copies.
- AdMob: Retention is governed by Google’s policies (see the links in Section 3).
6. Your Rights and Choices
- Access and deletion: All progress and settings are stored only on your device. You can effectively “delete” this data by deleting the app.
- Advertising: You can limit or disable ad tracking via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and you can decline the app’s tracking request when it appears.
- Location: The app does not collect or use your precise location.
7. Children
The app is intended for general use, including by users preparing for the Red Seal electrician exam. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will work to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when we do. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For significant changes, we may provide additional notice in the app or via the App Store listing.

These terms and your use of the App are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any legal action or proceeding related to this App shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Amman, Jordan. By using this App, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of and venue in such courts.
