This Privacy Policy describes how this mobile application (the "App"), published by Muehldorf Software Development (the "Publisher"), handles information.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on configuration, the App may collect:

• app usage data (for feature and performance improvement);
• device information (such as OS version and app version);
• advertising identifiers and your advertising consent choices (if ads are enabled), including choices collected through Google User Messaging Platform (UMP);

The App may also store learning progress locally on your device.

2. How Information Is Used

Information may be used to:

• operate core app features;
• improve app quality and reliability;
• obtain, record, and honor your advertising consent through Google UMP where required;
• provide and measure advertising via Google AdMob (if enabled and permitted);
• comply with legal obligations.

3. AI-Generated Content and No Runtime AI Data Transmission

Educational content in the App is in part generated, curated, or refined with the help of artificial-intelligence (AI) models. This processing is performed offline by the Publisher when preparing the content; the App itself does not transmit your personal data, queries, or device data to any AI or large-language-model (LLM) provider at runtime. All quiz questions, sign descriptions, and explanations are bundled with the App and rendered locally on your device.

4. Local Storage

The App stores certain data locally (for example progress and settings) to provide functionality between sessions.

5. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party SDKs and services, notably:

• Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — presents advertising consent forms where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area), records your consent choices, and controls whether personalized ads may be requested before the advertising SDK starts;
• Google AdMob — displays and measures advertising when permitted.

UMP and AdMob are provided by Google and process data under Google's privacy policies and, where applicable, publisher and advertising terms. Other SDKs or services may be added; their practices are governed by their respective policies.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Limited data may be shared with service providers (hosting, advertising, analytics) only as necessary to operate, improve, and monetize the App where applicable.

7. Data Retention

Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Data stored locally on your device remains under your control until you delete the App or clear its data.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law (notably the GDPR for residents of the European Economic Area, and equivalent regimes in the United Kingdom and Switzerland), you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on it.

You can also:

• accept or refuse the App's first-launch Terms and Privacy consent, and respond to UMP advertising consent forms when shown;
• manage or reset advertising identifiers in your device settings (iOS / Android);
• limit ad tracking through system settings;
• uninstall the App to stop further data collection by the App.

If you reside in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you additionally have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority (in Belgium: the Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit, https://www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).

9. Children

The App is not directed to children under the age required by local law for consent to data processing, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

10. International Transfers

If third-party services operate internationally, information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where applicable, appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses) may be implemented as described in those providers' policies.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised policy, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Prevailing Language

This Privacy Policy and any related dispute are governed by the laws applicable in Amman, Jordan, and submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amman, Jordan, without prejudice to mandatory data-protection or consumer-protection rights granted by the law of your country of residence.

This Privacy Policy is made available in English, French, and Dutch. In case of any discrepancy between the language versions, the English version shall prevail, except where local mandatory law requires otherwise.
